A key achievement was pitching and developing seasonal campaign concepts, this led to me being invited to take over responsibilities from an external agency. This role further expanded to include managing the production and timelines to all seasonal campaign artwork when a manager left the business. I used this opportunity to introduce a two-week buffer to improve production timelines and reduce rushed VM installation, this has resulted in enhanced efficiency and quality campaigns as well and a more relaxed team.
I created initial concept artwork and collaborated with an external agency to refine it into the final design. I then worked with my team to produce visual merchandising materials and paper accessories for in-store giveaways.
