While working with the Food Halls teams at Harrods, I adapted a provided asset into a range of point-of-sale (POS) materials tailored to their specific needs. I proposed and implemented a streamlined POS solution that consolidated all information onto a single printed page, eliminating the need for separate inserts behind price tags. This approach reduced the risk of seasonal POS being removed by customers and allowed our team to easily monitor which products were part of the Valentine’s range.
